Who we are
The DMM Platform is an initiative of NCAD (Dutch Centre for the Documentation of Mobility), led by Dr. Gijs Mom (NCAD / TU Eindhoven) and Prof. Dr. Simone Fari (University of Granada).
What data we collect
When you register as a DMM citizen, we collect your name, email address, country of residence, and professional profile. This information is used solely to manage your membership and participation in the platform.
Why we collect it
Your data is collected on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for the purpose of participating in the DMM community.
Who has access
Your data is accessible only to the DMM Secretariat. It is not shared with third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at: info@dmm-mobility.eu
Data retention
Your data will be kept for as long as you remain an active member of the platform. Upon request, it will be deleted within 30 days.
Hosting
This website is hosted by [hosting provider — to be confirmed]. A Data Processing Agreement (Article 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.
